1. This Act replaced the " Data Register Act " of 1978. 2. TR6 was the test command register, and TR7 was the test data register . 3. The registers other than the instruction register are called TDRs or Test Data Registers . 4. The Memory Data Register ( MDR ) contains the data value being fetched or stored. 5. The third waits for a key press, and then stores it in one of the data registers . 6. A transponder equipped to transmit Comm-B replies is fitted with 256 data registers each of 56 bits. 7. Memory, implemented by an acoustic delay line, could be partitioned between program steps, constants, and data registers . 8. There may also be a memory address register and a memory data register , used to access the main computer storage. 9. In the original instruction set, all operations were memory-to-memory only, with no visible data registers . 10. Each card held two strips of 112 bytes each, that could hold 16 data registers or up to 112 program steps.
