11. In the 19th century, azulejo tilework started being generally used by the bourgeoisie to decorate fa�ades. 12. The ashlar azulejo tiles were installed in the main hall in 1936, by Jorge Rei Cola�o. 13. In the central pavilion are six azulejo panels forming a figurative composition, completed in the 19th century. 14. Small devotional " azulejo " panels started to appear on buildings as protection against future disasters. 15. The church lost much of its interior decoraton and azulejo tile during and after the Spanish Civil War. 16. A standardized system of decoration was applied both inside and out with a distinctively reduced application of azulejo tiling. 17. The inner walls are also decorated with tile ( " azulejo " ) panels by Jorge Cola�o. 18. The walls of the lateral naves are decorated along the footer by sillar azulejo tiles in blue and white. 19. The new church is tall and spacious, with a chapel decorated in azulejo tile in the Renaissance style. 20. The isolated elevator / overlook occupies a concrete platform, in hydraulic mosaics, in blue and white azulejo .
