"' Fasciation "'is the broadening or flattening of cylindrical organs such as stems. 13. General damage to a plant's growing tip and exposure to cold and frost can also cause fasciation . 14. The forewings are pale pink with irregular whitish fasciation and a longitudinal white subcostal streak and the hindwings are white. 15.
