Eventually, he joined the Royal Canadian Navy and served in the area of operational research . 14. In 1970, he added the Department of Operational Research and Planning to the School of Management. 15. The journal was established in 1991 and is an official journal of The Operational Research Society. 16. He established the Operational Research Bureau in 1952. 17. At the postgraduate level, the Vidyapith introduced courses in Computer Science, Operational Research , Electronics and Biotechnology. 18. He received his engineering diploma in 1990 and in 2000 his PhD with expertise in Operational Research .
