11. Approximately half of the land within the original perimeter track is now used for agriculture. 12. The perimeter track of the airfield has been reduced to a single track agricultural road. 13. A perimeter track and over 30 pan hardstandings had also been built during this period. 14. The remaining parts of the former runways, perimeter track and hardstands are now grassy areas. 15. Twin runways are clearly visible, along with the round perimeter track and many dispersal hardstands. 16. The weapons store was unusual in that it lay within the perimeter track at the southern end. 17. The perimeter track has been reduced to one lane farm access roads, but remains fundamentally complete. 18. The second T2 hangar stood just off the east perimeter track between runway heads 25 and 31. 19. However very little of the runways, perimeter track or dispersal hardstands of the former airfield survive. 20. Set in of countryside, it has a perimeter track for walking and visitors may hire a bicycle.
