31. In 2005 2007 he undertook studies for a licentiate in dogmatic theology at the Urban University in Rome. 32. He then qualified in dogmatic theology and inaugurated the course in Holy Scripture at the University of Salamanca. 33. In the autumn of 1837 he became the regular professor of dogmatic theology at the University of Freiburg. 34. Grabmann returned to Bavaria in 1918 to serve as professor of dogmatic theology at the University of Munich. 35. His research on dogmatic theology led him to examine the close links between doctrinal differences and historical developments. 36. He was taught dogmatic theology by Leonard Lessius and exegesis by Martin Del Rio and Cornelius a Lapide. 37. He then continued his studies at the Pontifical Urbaniana University, earning a doctorate in dogmatic theology in 1981. 38. Since 2007 he has been Professor of Dogmatic Theology and Prefect of Studies at the Major Seminary in Dili. 39. In 1914 he was also appointed Professor of Dogmatic Theology at the bishop s major seminary at Mdina, Malta. 40. Its best work on dogmatic theology came from the pen of Giovanni Lorenzo Berti ( d . 1766 ).
