31. Or : A strong solution of a laundry soaker ( Biz, Axion or others ), brush on liberally. 32. For dirt and soot, wash the steps with a strong solution of Spic and Span or TSP Cleaner. 33. If that doesn't work, make a strong solution of baking soda and water, and wash the paneling with that. 34. Wash the windows after removing all this stuff, with a strong solution of ammonia and water, and a squeegee. 35. Other solutions that work are a strong solution of detergent and water, straight paint thinner, and a water-bleach solution. 36.
