31. There are now more than forty National Waymarked Trails, comprising over of trails in Ireland. 32. Waymarked public footpaths allow people to walk through the links to the beach and to Tenby.33. The waymarked long distance footpath Glyndur's Way runs through Mid Wales near to his homelands. 34. Off-road bicycle trails are generally function-specific and most commonly waymarked along their route. 35. Officially the trail is not endorsed by Scottish Natural Heritage and it is not waymarked or signposted. 36. There are waymarked trails for walkers and horse riders such as the heather trail and horse route. 37. The walk is waymarked with a circle with symbols of a leaf, cartwheel and crossed swords. 38. Systems of lengthy waymarked walking trails now stretch across Europe from Norway to Turkey, Portugal to Cyprus. 39. Each of these routes has been developed according to the guidelines for the development of National Waymarked Trails. 40. Circular walks are waymarked from the car park, a leaflet is available by contacting the County Council.
