City government buildings line Anaheim Boulevard, but the civic center that quickly fades to warehouses, car lots and minimarts. 43. This enabled the company to build an extension to the engine house bringing the building line to Sumner Street. 44. The six buildings lining the square were all built before 1870, and are reflective of commercial Victorian architectural styles. 45. The land is retained at the building line to allow access and light into a basement level and service yard. 49. Wool stores were demolished and replaced by a number of modernist commercial buildings lining the eastern side of Circular Quay. 50. The lighting was replaced in 2010 with LED lights that allow the building lines to be highlighted with multiple colors.
