1. In this area staff are starting to restore the Migneint blanket bog . 2. A notable feature of the physical geography around Cleggan is blanket bog . 3. Examples of protected blanket bogs include Sliabh Beagh, Bellacorick and Airds Moss. 4. The area s biological interest includes breeding birds and blanket bog . 5. The area is mainly blanket bog , with many small lakes and streams throughout. 6. The dominant habitat of the uplands consists of blanket bog , heath and upland grassland. 7. The SAC area in general has an excellent representation of typical blanket bog habitats. 8. In the direction of descent towards the ocean, blanket bogs occur east of Hudson Bay. 9. On the unenclosed moorland, there are extensive areas of blanket bog on deep peat soils. 10. It is mainly found within tracts of upland blanket bog , but also locally on raised bogs.
