1. The exterior of the Cross is finished with chipped granolithic marble. 2. Granolithic screed or paving can be problematic.3. Sealers and hardeners can be added to the granolithic material to improve its resistance to wear. 4. It too had the marble walls, granolithic floors and oak benches with white iron bases. 5. The floors in the basement of the engine room and in the boiler and coal houses are granolithic . 6. Granolithic flooring can still be found on the first three steps of the stairs and main entrance steps.7. Debonding of the granolithic material can also be significantly avoided by using bonding agents like epoxy resins or polymer latex. 8. The silo was built by Stuart's Granolithic Company, and grain handling equipment supplied by Henry Simon ( Manchester ). 9. The building is set back with granolithic paving, granite steps, grass and shrubs fifteen feet from the sidewalk on three sides. 10. By November, the masonry was largely complete, the roof ready for tile, and the granolithic floor and platform ready to be poured.
