1. Africa can only be transformed by enlightened leaders. 2. They are the elite. They are our leaders. 3. And based on this we created a ritual for leaders. 4. Run by the people that I call leaders. 5. I'm not talking about just political leaders. 6. So, as we're told that we should all be leaders, 7. Must be very intentional about how it trains its leaders. 8. Why a lot of people have trouble seeing themselves as leaders. 9. Is to train a new generation of ethical, entrepreneurial leaders. 10. Are no longer willing to tolerate corruption from their leaders.
