1. Perch do not perform well in cold, deep, oligotrophic lakes . 2. The lake is categorized as an ultra-oligotrophic lake . 3. Habitats include lowland oligotrophic lakes ( loughs ) and oceanic oak woodland. 4. Aajuitsup Tasia is an oligotrophic lake of depth, covering an area of 1, 350ha. 5. These oligotrophic lakes show organic nitrogen and carbon as more limiting nutrients for trophic growth over phosphorus. 6. An oligotrophic lake is a lake with low primary productivity, as a result of low nutrient content. 7. Oligotrophic lakes are most common in cold regions underlain by resistant igneous rocks ( especially granitic bedrock ).8. In Southern Europe, the nymphs of this dragonfly live in oligotrophic lakes with submerged vegetation, at high altitudes. 9. Lake Ivanhoe receives this designation due to its in-lake phosphorus concentration which exceeds the water quality standards for oligotrophic lakes . 10. The oligotrophic lake is fed by Williston Lake and 5 tributaries ( Gething, Johnson, Moosebar, Starfish and Mogul Creeks ).
