1. It is 34 km long, roughly following the North Para River . 2. The Little Para River was discovered by B . T . Finniss in 1837. 3. The name probably originates from the Little Para River whose headwaters are in the area. 4. The rivers include the Onkaparinga River, River Torrens, Little Para River , Light River and Wakefield River. 5. The southern boundary is the Little Para River . 6. In early 1838 they pioneered a pastoral run at the junction of Little Para River and Gould Creek. 7. The locality of Rosedale spans the North Para River which is the boundary between two local government areas. 8. Zone 3 contains the Bolivar interchange and bridge over the Little Para River and is subcontracted to Catcon. 9. It is on the south bank of the Little Para River , bounded by Main North Road and Saints Road. 10. The reservoir is built in the path of the Little Para River and is used for water storage and flood mitigation.
