An original illustration by Phiz from the novel " David Copperfield ", widely regarded as Dickens's most autobiographical work 10. Other Dickens characters illustrated by Phiz were Squeers, Micawber, Guppy, Major Bagstock, Mrs Gamp, Tom Pinch and David Copperfield.
