1. A Provisional Order on 24 January 1919 provided various rights for agricultural workers. 2. This was done by means of a provisional order confirmed by the Quarter Sessions. 3. A provisional order was obtained to convert the Nottingham Road, Wilford Road and Wells Road sections. 4. If the inquiry's, or counsel's, recommendation is positive then the Secretary of State makes a provisional order . 5. In 1904, Luton Corporation applied for a Tramways Provisional Order , and this was confirmed and granted in 1905. 6. See section 49 ( 2A ) as to the confirmation of a provisional order made under section 46A. 7. Germany then initiated action in the U . S . Supreme Court for enforcement of the provisional order . 8. In both houses of parliament all provisional order bills are referred to examiners for compliance with standing orders. 9.
