1. The most common technique is surgical resection prior to radiation therapy. 2. Endoscopic mucosal resection has also been evaluated as a management technique. 3. The first-line treatment is surgical resection with wide margins. 4. For tumors that recur, another surgical resection might be attempted. 5. Surgical resection may be a last resort if fungal infection persists. 6. However, wedge resection has a higher risk of recurrence than lobectomy. 7. The procedure is called transurethral resection of bladder tumor ( TURBT ). 8. Large residual masses found after chemotherapy may require surgical resection . 9. Options include surgical resection , embolisation, ablation or a liver transplant. 10. Malignant salivary tumors usually require wide local resection of the primary tumor.
