1. He was afterwards connected with the Trigonometrical Survey of New South Wales. 2. Their commissions included a trigonometrical survey of rugged J . H . Angas. 3. In this capacity he made substantial contributions to the on-going Trigonometrical Survey of India. 4. He worked at around the same time as Colonel Lambton began the Trigonometrical Survey . 5. Their granddaughter Pauline Georgiana Plowden married Henry Haversham Godwin-Austen of the Trigonometrical Survey of India. 6.
