1. It is expressed at higher levels in alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma than in embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. 2. Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common type and comprises about 60 % of cases.3. When embryonal carcinoma cells are cultured at high density, they would start differentiation process. 4. Cultured embryonal carcinoma were stained with either DiI ( red ) or DiO ( green ). 5. In 1905 Ribbert proposed an embryonal origin for cancer ( Cohnheim-Ribbert theory of cancer ). 6. Together with Janus Green B, it is used to stain embryonal tissues and supravital staining of blood. 7. NEDD9 is highly expressed in the embryonal brain, and in numerous tissues in the embryo and adult organism. 8. CD117 antibodies can also be used in the diagnosis of mast cell tumours and in distinguishing seminomas from embryonal carcinomas. 9. The convex stadium is also mirrored in the embryonal development in form of the optic vesicle ( Figure 2 ). 10. The convex stadium of the retina during evolution is mirrored in the embryonal development in form of the optic vesicle.
