1. Epistaxis or serosanguineous secretion from the nose may occur.2. Bevacizumab has been shown to significantly reduce the severity of epistaxis without side effects. 3. Epistaxis ( blood coming from one or both nostrils ) is much less common.4. "' Epistaxis "'is EIPH characterized by blood appearing at the nostrils. 5. It is characterized by a fever, chills, nausea, headaches, malaise and epistaxis . 6. Pressure inside the sinus increases, affecting the walls of the sinus and producing pain or epistaxis . 7. Mild, persistent, spontaneous, intermittent, and unilateral epistaxis is the most common sign clinically. 8. Foley's catheter of size 12-14F can also be used to prevent posterior epistaxis . 9. Posterior nasal packing and prolonged hospital admission are the traditional methods through which spontaneous epistaxis was managed. 10.
