1. Severe infections can cause hepatosplenomegaly , lymphadenopathy, and adrenal enlargement. 2. Lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly are also common, as is autoimmunity. 3. Hepatosplenomegaly is the enlargement of the liver and spleen which causes digestive problems.4. "Leishmania donovani " causes spiking fevers, hepatosplenomegaly , and pancytopenia. 5. An enlarged liver and spleen ( hepatosplenomegaly ) is common, as is jaundice. 6. In addition, it causes spleen and liver enlargement, which is called hepatosplenomegaly . 7. Clinical features include fever, irritability, feeding problems, anemia, hepatosplenomegaly and jaundice. 8. These infants can have hepatosplenomegaly and thrombocytopaenia, very much like cases of transplacental viral infection. 9. It can also present with symptoms indicative of hepatosplenomegaly and the resulting upper quadrant pain this causes. 10. Congenital toxoplasmosis may lead to hydrocephalus, seizures, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly , rash, and fever.
