1. In children, M . bohemicum has induced laterocervical and submandibular lymphadenitis . 2. Upon medical examination, wheezing, hepatomegaly, and lymphadenitis are often noted. 3. The condition is now known as Tuberculous cervical lymphadenitis . 4. It is associated with cases of lymphadenitis and endocarditis. 5. Conservative management is usually adequate for nonsuppurative lymphadenitis . 6. Sub-mandibular lymphadenitis , halitosis and refusal to drink are usual concomitant findings. 7. The related lymph nodes will be affected and will show signs of acute lymphadenitis . 8. This generally includes a focal lymphadenopathy / lymphadenitis . 9. Macrophages that contain debris from ingested lymphocytes are characteristic of a reactive follicular center in benign reactive lymphadenitis . 10. In females, cervicitis, perimetritis, or salpingitis may occur as well as lymphangitis and lymphadenitis in deeper nodes.
