1. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a common cause of menorrhagia and irregular bleeding. 2. As the disease progresses, hematuria, melena and menorrhagia may develop. 3. Adult females may experience menorrhagia ( heavy periods ) due to the bleeding tendency. 6. The bleeding condition is known as menorrhagia . 7.
