1. In 1982 there were over 100 Multibus board and systems manufacturers. 2. The wider P1 bus which pin assignment was defined by the Multibus specification. 3. This disk controller was the only Multibus -I product made by Micromation. 4. The CPU board included a fully compatible Multibus ( IEEE 796 bus ). 5. An OEM asked Datacube if a frame grabber could be built on a Multibus board. 6. The DSP90 was a fileserver built using a standard Multibus backplane and I / O controllers. 7. All of the boards were installed in a 6 or 7-slot Multibus card cage. 8. The standard Multibus form factor was a, circuit board with two ejection levers on the front edge. 9. With Dunn's help, Simmons developed the VG123 Multibus and Q-bus frame grabber boards. 10. It was used in the Apricot PC and the Intel Multibus iSBC-215 Hard disk drive controller.
