1. On ordinary rowing craft, the rowlocks  are attached to the gunwales. 2. Trickett had used the then new invention of swivel rowlocks . 3. Metal rowing pins or rowlocks  are not allowed in competitions. 4. Both the doors and windows have two rowlock  brick arches over them. 5. The basement windows have rowlock  brick lintels and wood sills. 6. Two headers of brock are placed above the windows to form rowlock  arches. 7. If the rowlocks  are too close together the oars will be difficult to use. 8. There are three rowlock  arches above all of the windows on the first floor. 9. The only other essential pieces of hardware are rowlocks  ( also known as oarlocks ). 10. Sometimes on narrow, faster rowboats for protected waters outriggers are added to increase rowlock  separation.
