1. This may reflect the earlier diagnosis made due to frank hematuria . 2. As the disease progresses, hematuria , melena and menorrhagia may develop. 3. Less common manifestations include splenomegaly, hematuria and glomerulonephritis. 4. This is the case in both cold agglutinin disease and cold paroxysmal hematuria . 5. Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis usually presents with asymptomatic proteinuria or hematuria . 6. This procedure is most common for patients who have unexplained microscopic or macroscopic hematuria . 7. Symptoms of urethral injury include hematuria , blood at the meatus, and dysuria. 8. Other clinical findings include albuminuria, hematuria , hepatic enzyme derangement, and cardiac arrhythmias. 9. Treatment of loin pain-hematuria syndrome ( LPHS ) typically consists of pain management. 10. Most patients present with both manifestations, but some present with loin pain or hematuria alone.
